Building on this initial success, analysis of a second project from the action plan was initiated. As the project had deeper implications for Norbec's technologies and processes, the analysis task became more complex due to diverging orientations among Norbec teams.
Ingeniu still managed to steer the ship in the right direction by listening to the various stakeholders and adjusting the initial directions to better meet their needs. Ultimately, two strategic projects were delivered following this analysis.
« These two projects were complex in terms of technical aspects and algorithms. It would have been difficult to accomplish them internally," adds Mr. Tanguay-Moncion. "Ingeniu succeeded in delivering them brilliantly. Implemented and deployed one after the other, they have freed up more than 15 weeks of work per year in engineering. »
